More emptying of my Blackberry notes, here are some excellent chocolates to try:
- Flyer Chocolate. The 77% cocoa is really amazing. It is at a corner store of ours and in an amazing coincidence, read about it then saw it all the store.
- Amedei. These folks have some sort of cool deal that has cocoa from the Chuao region which is supposedly the best in the world. You can’t it online right now, in the Fall 2008, they will allo it again. But Chocosphere.com let’s you order it. If you can afford it, the $12/bar for 1.75 oz or 50g should be amazing.
