Ok, if you try to insert a JPG signature with PDFPen and make it transparent, when you save, it isn’t. One way around is to Print and then click on PDF and choose Save as PDF.
The other way is to insert the signature, choose Edit/Make Transparent and then click on Windows/Library and click +. This puts the transparent signature into the library. When you select the signature from there, you avoid the bug, everything works.
