My good friend, Richard told me a great story:
If u can’t see light at the end of the tunnel. Remember there is a Buddhist exercise. Stand in a large totally dark room and start walking. U will learn that eventually u will take small steps and it doesn’t matter if u can’t see and are not headed anywhere. It is the journey that matters.
