Well after hearing about the Atacama desert from Quantum of Solace and also seeing Easter Island is out there, what an interesting spot plus the currency has fallen 20% vs. the USD.
- Explora Rapa Nui. If you want to see the famous Easter Island, its five hours from Santiego, but a pretty amazing spot particularly if you’ve read about it. In the middle of no where, and only in USD, so no savings
it is $2280 for three nights!)
- Awasi is in San Pedro de Atacama hard against the desert. The main thing to do is to take jeeps into the outback.
