• The cards are never reshuffled, so memorize their order and it gives you adn advantage
• If a player goes bankrupt, all the properties go up for auction to be bought by other players
• When you have income tax, you have to pay before you count up everything

• When you buy a mortaged property, you have to pay the 10% due the bank immediately
