Monoprice finally has in stock the new iPhone lightening connectors. For about half the price $11 of the Apple variety. I’ve tried the el cheapo $5 ones and it broke in a day. See these items:
- Mini-B, micro-B and 30-pin iPhone cable. Wow has a little connector so you don’t need all these separate cables. $7. Comes in black only and in 3-foot (travel) and 6-foot lengths (home)
- iPhone 5 Cases. They have a huge variety for $5 or so. The polycarbonate green one looks cute 🙂 and a weatherproof one or a double case wrap around
- iPhone 5 screen protectors. Just $1.32 for three!
- Headphones. Hey for $5, how can you beat that. The ones we got for $3 do break quickly though
Then the other thing is a combination cover and keyboard for our iPads. Just trying to make it work as a laptop replacement. Lifehacker had a good review and looked at a few others. They all seem to say that the Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Cover ($72 from Amazon) is probably the best buy.
