Reminder to self

There doesn’t look like any way to create a bootable Mac Linux USB Drive from Mac OS X right now. Unetbootin, USB Linux (only works for Mac boot themselves) all fail. Rufus on Windows works and hopefully Ubuntu Disk Creator.
