Photoshopping

I don’t use Photoshop very much for fixing photos. I actually like to get the exact image (which is why I spent way too much time with DxO and Spyder3Elite to make sure what the image was appears on the page). But there are times when it makes sense to fix things. For instance blemishes and bad skin. There are many ways to do this. In fact there are plugins that spend their time on this, but what’s the quick fix?
Adobe has done some many versions of Photoshop all with different interfaces (worse than Office), but the general idea is to use something called healing brush and spot healing brush. It is pretty simple, either look for the strange icon on the left and wait for the tooltips to tell you spot healing brush or bresh the letter “j” and you are there. Just wipe the brush over the blemish and you are done!
